End User KPI

The OTA Right First Time KPI measure whether a Working Service was delivered in
time to meet the end customer's expectation of the completion date set at point
of sale. This includes all steps within the LLUO and BT.

Wholesale Line Rental Right First Time KPI

The Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) KPI measures the Openreach performance in the Delivery of WLR orders (WLR2 & 3) which are ‘Right First Time’ i.e. Delivered on the agreed ‘customer committed date’ and ‘working’. The metric also delineates those orders which require an engineer visit from those that don’t.
